A skewer of tender cubes of filet and a skewer of marinated grilled shrimp.

Padre Island Fried Shrimp
Gulf Shrimp, butterflied and hand breaded, fried to a golden brown.

Teriyaki Chicken
Boneless chicken breast marinated, grilled and served with a sweet grilled pineapple ring.

Pork Chops
Two thick and juicy chops grilled to sizzling perfection.

All of the above are served with delicious rolls and any TWO of the following:
French Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli or Vegetable of the Day

In addition, our Silver Menu includes coffee, iced tea or a soft drink.

You are more than welcome to bring your own cake for $1.00 per person charge. We also have an extensive dessert menu. In order to reserve an area, there is a $100.00 room charge applicable to all group reservations.  This guarantees you a private area for 2 hours. We offer champagne, an extensive wine list and a full bar to compliment your reception

Petite Filet
The most lean and tender cut of beef, aged and hand cut daily, and then oak grilled any way you like.

Sante Fe Chicken
Boneless chicken breast grilled and covered with sauteed onions, mushrooms and melted Monterey Jack Cheese. Seared in an iron skilled and served with salsa.

Oak Grilled Pork Chops
Two juicy chops grilled to perfection.

Oak grilled Salmon
Eight ounces of center cut salmon filet, lightly seasoned and oak grilled.

All of the above are served with delicious rolls and :
Your choice of tossed or Caesar salad and a choice of Baked Potato, French Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli or Vegetable of the Day
